Abstract
The study of B-meson decays involving pairs of open-charm mesons presents significant opportunities for spectroscopy of excited open-charm and charmonium states, as well as the search for exotic states. This proceeding summarizes the latest amplitude analyses of $B\to DDX$ decays conducted by the LHCb collaboration.
