Abstract
This talk is based on the results of [arXiv:2112.02087] and it discusses the constraints on Beyond Standard Model (BSM) physics obtained from the combination of 𝑑 → 𝑢l𝜈, 𝑠 → 𝑢l𝜈 and 𝜏 → 𝑢𝑑𝜈 decays using an Effective Field Theory (EFT) approach. We discuss the implications for BSM couplings of the tensions between the determination of the Cabibbo angle (𝑉𝑢𝑠) from these different observables, the so-called Cabibbo anomaly.

Metadata are provided both in "article" format (very similar to INSPIRE) as this helps creating
very compact bibliographies which can be beneficial to authors and
readers, and in "proceeding" format
which is more detailed and complete.
