Top and heavy quark studies at linear colliders

Abstract
The t quark has not yet been studied in the extremely favorable and low background environment of e+e- annihilation. This talk will review the opportunities for precision measurements of the t quark properties at the International Linear Collider (ILC). These include the archival measurement of the t quark mass and the search for beyond-Standard Model contributions to the t quark electroweak form factors. The results are extended to the b quark and the motivation for studies of lighter fermions are given.
