Multibody decays of b-baryons are a good place to search for $CP$ violation due to their rich resonant structure. The results obtained by the LHCb collaboration in the search for $CP$ violation in charmless decays like $X_{b}^{0}\to phh'h''$, where $X^{0}_{b}$ stands for $\Lambda^{0}_{b}$ or $\Xi^{0}_{b}$ and $h$,$h'$,$h''$ either for a $\pi$ or a $K$ meson, are presented here.
