Abstract
In this paper, we give an overview of experimental measurements of jets and high-momentum particle production in heavy-ion collisions at the LHC and RHIC along with recent progress in model calculations of parton energy loss and medium response that were presented at the 10$^{\mathrm{th}}$ Hard Probes conference. Several new observables which aim to improve our understanding of jet properties and inner workings of the QGP are discussed as well.
