Measurement of CP violating phase $\phi_s$ at CMS

Abstract
I will present the measurements of the CP-violating phase $\phi_s$ and the decay width difference $\Delta \Gamma_s$ between the two $B^0_s$ mass eigenstates performed by the CMS collaboration during the first run of LHC and discuss their prospects using the data collected in Run2 (2015-2018). The estimate for the high-luminosity phase of the LHC (HL-LHC) will be finally discussed.
