Abstract
In the past few years, a large number of unexpected new states, named as "charmonium-like states" or "$XYZ$ states", have been found above the open charm threshold. These exotic states containing a charm anti-charm quark pair, but cannot be simply described as $c\bar{c}$ bound states. In this proceeding, we review recent results in $XYZ$ study in BESIII experiment, including following analyses: $X(3872)\to\omega J/\psi$, $X(3872)\to\pi^0 \chi_{c1}$, $Y(4220)\to\omega \chi_{c0}$, $e^+e^-\to\pi^+\pi^-\psi(3770) \to\pi^+\pi^-D\bar{D}$ and $Z_{c} (3900)\to\rho\eta_{c}$.
