Abstract
This paper shows the measurement of Newtonian gravitational
constant $G$ with the time-of-swing method at HUST. The newest
result determined with the high-$Q$ silica fibers is
$6.674184(78)\times10^{-11}\ \mathrm{m^{3}kg^{-1}s^{-2}}$ with a
relative standard uncertainty of 11.64 ppm. This value agrees with
the latest recommended value in CODATA 2014 within one standard
deviation.
