We present recent BESIII restults about the
study of mesons and baryons which contain at least one charm quark. We determined the $D_{(s)}^{+}$ decay constants, the form factors of $D$ semi-leptonic decays, the CKM matrix elements $|V_{cs(d)}|$,the $D_{(s)}^{+}$ hadronic decays, and the search for charm rare decays. We measured the absolute branching fractions of $\Lambda_c^+$ baryon with a double tag technique, and the measured branching fractions for hadronic decays and semi-leptonic decays of $\Lambda_c^+$ are significantly improved.
