T2K is a long-baseline neutrino experiment which uses a 600 MeV muon
neutrino beam created at the J-PARC facility
on the east coast of Japan and directed towards the Super-Kamiokande detector to measure neutrino oscillations.
It includes a suite of
detectors located 280m from the target.
Three recent neutrino-nucleus charged current cross section measurements
made using the off-axis near detectors are presented.
These are inclusive $\bar{\nu}_{\mu}$ and $\nu_{\mu}$ cross section measurements on water;
a $\nu_{\mu}$ inclusive measurement on plastic
with $4\pi$ muon selection; and a
$\nu_{\mu}$ cross section measurement on plastic
with a final state containing no pions but at least one proton, which uses
transverse variables to compare different models of nuclear effects.
