Abstract
Monte Carlo event generators play a crucial role in high-energy physics experiments by providing fully exclusive predictions that can be directly compared with experimental data. Continuous improvements in these tools are necessary to meet the increasing precision requirements of the Large Hadron Collider. In this contribution, I highlight some of the recent advances in the Monte Carlo event generator community.
